At The Boardroom Shop, we want to ensure you are completely stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the equipment.
